OLD SCHOOL JAM – TERMS & CONDITIONS (UK EVENTS)
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an Old School Jam event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Event Details
All event details, including but not limited to date, time, venue, performers and lineup, are subject to change without prior notice.
Old School Jam reserves the right to make such changes at any time without liability.
2. Tickets & Entry
- All tickets are sold subject to availability and remain the property of the organiser.
- Tickets are valid only for the event, date and venue stated.
- Entry is subject to presentation of a valid ticket and, where required, valid photo ID.
- The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual without refund for behaviour deemed unsafe, illegal or inappropriate.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be issued except where required by law.
- In the event of cancellation by the organiser, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket only.
- If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, a refund may be offered at the organiser’s discretion.
- Changes to lineup, performers or event format do not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Entry Conditions
- This is an 18+ event unless otherwise stated.
- Attendees must comply with all venue rules, licensing conditions and security requirements.
- Late arrival may result in delayed or refused entry depending on venue capacity and policies.
5. Media & Recording
By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Photography, filming and recording may take place.
- Your image, likeness and voice may be captured and used by Old School Jam for promotional, marketing and commercial purposes across all media platforms.
- No compensation will be provided for such use.
If you do not wish to be filmed, you should inform a member of staff on arrival.
6. Health & Safety
- Attendees must comply with all health and safety requirements in place at the time of the event.
- The organiser reserves the right to implement additional safety measures where necessary.
- Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal without refund.
7. Liability
- Attendance at the event is at your own risk.
- Old School Jam, its staff, partners and affiliates accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage or theft occurring at the event, except where required by law.
- Personal belongings are brought at your own risk.
8. Prohibited Items & Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal substances
- Weapons or dangerous items
- Outside food and beverages (unless permitted by the venue)
Security reserves the right to search attendees and their belongings.
Any individual found in breach of these rules may be refused entry or removed without refund.
9. Resale & Commercial Use
- Tickets may not be resold, transferred for profit, or used for promotional or commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets found in breach of this condition.
10. Website Use
All website content, branding and materials are the intellectual property of Old School Jam.
Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
11. Data Protection
Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

How do I buy tickets?
Tickets are available through our official website and authorised partners only.
Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Will this event sell out?
Yes.
Based on demand and previous events, we fully expect this to sell out in advance.
If you’re planning to come, don’t leave it late.
Are tickets refundable?
All sales are final.
Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled.
What happens if the event is rescheduled?
Your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.
Is the event 18+?
Yes. Strictly 18+.
You must bring valid photo ID.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving early to avoid queues and guarantee entry.
Is there parking or transport nearby?
Yes, but public transport is recommended.
